Everyone loves a carnival! Can you smell the cotton candy? Can you hear the kids screaming from the top of the Ferris Wheel? There will be over a dozen rides and games at this year's carnival.

Thursday 6pm-10pm
Friday      5pm-11pm
Saturday  10am-11pm
Sunday    10am-6pm

Carnival Ride Tickets

Ticket prices:

Single Ticket                    $1.25
Book of 30 Tickets            $30
Book of 50 Tickets            $45

All-you-can-ride wristbands:
Thursday & Saturday $16 each day; Sunday $24 (see details below)

Ticket sales end one hour prior to scheduled closing. 

Separate all-you-can-ride wristbands are available for Thursday from 6-10PM, Saturday from 10AM-2PM, or Sunday 10AM-6PM. Thursday all-you-can-ride wristbands are available pre-sale at the Herndon Community Center and can only be used for Thursday. Wristbands for Saturday or Sunday can only be purchased at the carnival ticket booths. Wristbands and tickets are nonrefundable. 

We encourage parents to accompany children under 12 in the carnival area.

Carnival Access Policy:

Each person wishing to enter the carnival area must purchase a minimum of $5.00 in ride tickets each day. Tickets may be used on any ride in the carnival area. An exception will be granted to a parent who is accompanying their children. The parent will not have to purchase ride tickets for themselves if they have already purchased $5.00 in ride tickets for each child they are accompanying. Re-admittance to the carnival area will be granted any time that same day, without having to purchase additional tickets, if your hand was stamped when leaving the carnival area and you have a minimum of three tickets.

Announcements and Inclement Weather

While most events are held rain or shine, in the rare event of severe weather, the Festival may close temporarily and then re-open. Umbrellas, ponchos, etc. are good to have on hand. Should it be necessary, announcements will be made from each of the Festival stages regarding emergency procedures.

Concert Viewing

Festival attendees are welcome to bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the performances at any of our stage areas.

First Aid Services

First aid services are located on the W&OD Trail and are donated by the Fair Oaks Volunteer Fire & Rescue Co. Inc. with assistance from other Fairfax County Volunteer Fire Departments.
